Your Role

• Ensure guest rooms and facilities are fully operational, prioritizing comfort and safety.
• Employ your expertise to troubleshoot and repair with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain organized, safe, and clean mechanical areas with meticulous record-keeping.

The Essentials

While a high school diploma with technical or vocational training is preferred, what truly matters is your general knowledge in carpentry, painting, electrical, and HVAC work. Effective communication, a professional demeanor, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills are crucial. Familiarity with the Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and driving a pick-up truck may be necessary. Be prepared to lift up to 40 pounds.
