Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Hotel Sales Leader, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and strengthening market share. The Hotel Sales Leader's primary focus will be selling the hotel to existing accounts, and new prospects. Other responsibilities of the positions will include, but not limited to:
- Administrative organization
- Increasing Local and Corporate Negotiated accounts through repeat business
- Some Revenue Management operations / attending weekly Revenue Management calls
- Property Tours
- Driving Customer Satisfaction
- Utilizing Sales Platforms to track business, bookings, and market positioning
- Ability to develop and motivate the Front Desk team, on sales tactics, and strategies for selling at the Front Desk
Systems:
- PEP
- GRO / R&I
- Delphi or similar systems
- Demand 360, Star Report
- Kipsu
- Mix of Sales Report
Requirements:
- Hospitality degree or business management preferred. Hotel / Hospitality degree experience is a huge plus!
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Organization / Communication / Multi-tasking
- Knowledge of the Raleigh Market is preferred
