Hotel General Manager (On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced hotel management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospitality property. This role is best suited for a hands-on, self-directed individual with a strong operational background and the ability to manage people, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities (may include):
Oversee daily hotel operations and staff
Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards
Manage budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency
Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and property needs
Implement systems to improve performance and profitability

Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of hotel or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to operate independently with limited oversight
Experience with small to mid-sized properties preferred
