This dual-role position is responsible for taking and serving food and drink orders, preparing quality coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment in both the dining area and coffee service station.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests promptly, take food and beverage orders, and deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure an excellent dining experience.

• Prepare and serve food items and café beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, teas) according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining and service area, including pre-bussing tables and completing side work.

• Accurately process guest payments and handle transactions in accordance with cash-handling procedures.

• Perform opening, closing, and assigned side duties while ensuring equipment is operational and supplies are properly stored.

• Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments to support smooth operations and total guest satisfaction.

• Follow safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures; report concerns to management and perform duties in a safe, efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (serving and/or barista) in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
• Barista training or coffee knowledge is a plus.
• Food Handler certification.
