We are looking for a … Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team and help lead daily kitchen operations while ensuring an exceptional dining experience rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This is a working leadership role for a skilled and motivated culinary professional who leads by example, values consistency and quality, and fosters a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
The Kitchen Supervisor works closely with the Chef de Cuisine and culinary leadership to oversee line execution, support and guide the kitchen team during service, and ensure standards are consistently met. This role plays a key part in upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and philosophy while maintaining calm, organized, and efficient kitchen operations.
