Position Summary

The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to resort guests while upholding the luxury standards of the brand. This role combines refined customer service, product expertise, and operational excellence in a high-end resort setting.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Sales

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to resort guests
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful product recommendations
• Build rapport with repeat guests and contribute to a memorable luxury experience
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems

Product Knowledge & Merchandising

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, brands, and resort offerings
• Present merchandise according to luxury visual merchandising standards
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal displays
• Maintain pristine store appearance at all times

Operations & Inventory

• Receive, unpack, and properly store merchandise
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Follow all resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned

Brand & Resort Representation

• Act as a brand ambassador for both the retail boutique and the resort
• Uphold grooming, dress code, and professional conduct standards
• Collaborate with resort teams to enhance the overall guest experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred; luxury retail experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to [X] lbs
• Ability to move throughout the store and stock areas
