Position Summary

The Spa Attendant is responsible for supporting daily spa operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. This role plays a key part in delivering an elevated guest experience by ensuring spa facilities, locker rooms, and relaxation areas are consistently stocked, sanitized, and guest-ready.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa locker rooms, relaxation areas, salon spaces, and employee areas

• Collect, launder, dry, fold, and properly store spa robes, towels, and slippers in accordance with spa standards

• Restock lockers and counters with clean robes, towels, slippers, and guest amenities

• Monitor and replenish spa amenities, including mouthwash, hairspray, deodorant, brushes, razors, and cotton swabs

• Wash and air-dry spa slippers and return them to locker rooms

• Refill water and tea service in the relaxation room throughout the day

• Remove trash and dispose of large items in designated areas

• Transport laundry carts to the laundry department at the end of each shift

• Assist with distribution of spa materials to Front Desk and Concierge as needed

• Follow all spa sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Communicate supply needs, maintenance concerns, or guest issues to Spa Leadership promptly

• Support spa operations with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous spa, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Professional demeanor with a guest-service mindset

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Indoor spa and locker room environment

• Exposure to cleaning products, laundry equipment, and warm/humid conditions

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required for extended periods
