The VP, People & Culture oversees and leads all Human Resources–related functions within the region, including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, workforce planning, employee relations, training and development, performance management, recognition programs, compliance, and colleague engagement.
The role balances hands-on operational support with strategic leadership, ensuring policies, programs, and practices meet the evolving needs of the business, our colleagues, and our guests, while remaining fully compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.

The base salary range for this role is $210,000-$225,000. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
