To service and maintain the cleanliness of all the building areas including public and associates, lobbies, executive offices, fitness center, outside grounds in accordance with Omni Standards.

Essential Functions:

• To ensure the building areas are serviced throughout the day.
• To ensure the facilities, guests and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
• To service all designated areas (restrooms, executive offices, lobbies, fitness center, grounds).
• Performs daily laundering of all fitness center locker room towels, including washing, drying, and restocking to maintain a clean and well-supplied environment.
• Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
• Report any maintenance issues or any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department at all times.
• Adhere by safety and sanitization regulations as instructed by OSHA and the Omni Hotels & Resorts.

Property Specific Essential Functions:

• Ensure main guest entrance and meeting spaces are always neat and clean.
• Pickup and sorting all dirty towels from the fitness center.
• Operate small washer/dryer to wash all dirty towels from the fitness center.
• Open and close work requests in Synergy.

• Able to maintain a 4- diamond level of service
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work with Management on special projects
• Able to work under limited supervision.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.
