Job Description

To maintain a pleasant guest experience by inspecting dishes and cleaning the station area.

Responsibilities

Provide highest quality customer service to all guests.

Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests.

Expedite food by inspecting dishes for visual appeal and to ensure that food is properly prepared and served at the proper temperature in a timely fashion.

Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment. Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down areas, and wiping down glass. Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet stations.

Must possess knowledge of dining room service procedures, table numbers and full familiarity with the food and beverage menu.

Maintain temperatures and freshness of food on buffet.

Demonstrate excellent team work by communicating effectively and positively with staff.

Able to set up and break down buffet in a timely manner.

Assist servers in cleaning and reset tables quickly when needed.

Able to perform any other job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Able to multi-task

Able to lift and carry 25lbs routinely and up to 50lbs occasionally

Able to bend, walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean in the course of daily business for extended periods of time

Required Skills:

State issued Food Handler's Certificate
