HOUSEMAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide housekeepers with the items needed to clean guest rooms and help stock the carts.
Stripping linen from checked out rooms, stocking the housekeeping shelves.
Make sure that outside areas, like patios, sidewalks, and parking lots are kept clean, tidy, and in working order.
Taking care of common areas in a hotel, such as the lobby, restrooms, and pool area where applicable.

HOUSEMAN QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be detail oriented, have good customer service skills, be able to lift some heavy items and understand cleaning basics.
Work experience in Housekeeping/Janitorial preferred
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
Good physical health and stamina
Flexibility to work in shifts
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions
High school diploma is a plus
