Facilities Maintenance Team Lead I Tailwater Lodge 

Summary of Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department under the direct supervision of the Chief Engineer.

Job Duties: (including, but not limited to)

•Prioritize and assign all submitted work tickets

•Conduct regular inspections of guest room facilities to determine problems and required maintenance, creating work tickets accordingly

•Ensure & record scheduled maintenance for all ice machines, air filters and water treatment features.

•Monitor Inventory of materials and equipment – submit supply orders to Chief Engineer 

•Responsible for maintaining supplies and equipment in a safe manner

•Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations 

•Communicates regularly with the Chief Engineer about department issues; recommends new products and or procedures to improve the department

•Maintain a cooperative team-like attitude with all hotel employees & guests.

•Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies for facilities maintenance and sanitation

•Ensures swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.

•Ensure all engineering staff are in uniform and prepared with proper supplies

•Oversee property sanitation, landscaping & snow removal.

•Work in tandem with Chief Engineer on special projects and property priorities.

•Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed by management 

*Must have experience in commercial pools and commercial water treatment
