We are hiring a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests feel welcomed, assisted, and valued throughout their stay.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, completing check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, managing reservations, and responding to guest needs in a professional and timely manner. This role also involves processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills, reliability, attention to detail, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays are important for success in this role.
