Skills
  • Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed
  • Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored
  • Assists guests with the appropriate use of aquatics facility.
  • Maintains the highest quality standards in the pool area.
  • Monitors the pool area and replenishes all amenities offered.
  • Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and managers.
  • Restocks all BOH areas with supplies for FOH replenishment
  • Adheres to safety precautions and procedures for using hazardous chemicals and ensures economical and safe use of supplies and equipment.
  • Provides assistance and direction to our guests when necessary.
  • Identifies and reports all maintenance issues.
  • Reports articles left behind to Lost and Found.
    • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior luxury hotel or hospitality experience preferred
