Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Foster a positive work environment and uphold a strong team culture.
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote the hotel and enhance visibility in the local market.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel management software and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude.
