This role with Lore Group is based in Amsterdam and focuses on two of the city’s most iconic properties: Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt.

Recruiter – Pulitzer Amsterdam & Kimpton De Witt

At Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt, we are looking for a Recruiter who brings energy, curiosity, and dedication to our People & Culture team.

In this role, you will own the recruitment process end-to-end, proactively search for talent, manage our ATS (Workday), and ensure every candidate feels welcomed and valued. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs, lead Talent Meetings, guide internal promotions, and support our employer branding initiatives. Beyond recruitment, you will also contribute to projects that enhance onboarding, employee experience, and sustainable employability.

What you’ll do:

• Execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Proactively source and engage top talent, building a strong candidate pipeline.

• Manage Workday and optimize recruitment workflows.

• Lead Talent Meetings, aligning staffing priorities with business needs.

• Support internal promotions and guide employees in their career growth.

• Organize hotel school activities and build strong relationships with future talent.

• Coach and guide the Recruitment Trainee, sharing your expertise and passion.

• Contribute to People & Culture projects, from onboarding to employee development.
