Compensation: $72,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonus

A new Management Team is being assembled to meet the challenges of the Luxury Market as we reposition the Resort to open in late 2026 as a Radisson BLU Resort on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada. Must have mastered the art of disciplining their mind to achieve success. Failure or Plan B does not enter their mind for success is what they create. They have a great understanding and ability to create a legendary service culture, while having in-depth knowledge of how an internationally branded Resort/Hotel must run. An ideal candidate must not be a "clock watcher" but invest their time day and night, six days a week, immersing themselves in all the operations of the Resort, observing, asking questions, and improving every aspect with the goal of maximising customer satisfaction and profits while earning annual top tier awards from Choice Hotels International.
Visionary Leadership & Team Development: Leading, motivating, and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. You will oversee all staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve company goals, drive growth, and optimize productivity. You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead.
Operational Excellence: Overseeing all day-to-day operations across various departments (e.g., F&B, retail, sales, maintenance) to ensure efficiency, high standards of service, and compliance with all regulations.
Financial Management & Profitability: Taking full accountability for the location's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including budget preparation, cost control, and revenue generation strategies to meet financial targets.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Ensuring an exceptional customer experience, resolving complaints effectively, and building strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and community partners.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Championing change and implementing new ideas to enhance efficiency, drive sales, and improve overall business performance.
In addition to your subordinates, weekly interaction with the Company's CFO and Managing Director.
