Maintenance Technician

Doubletree Suites by Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is seeking a Maintenance Technician to become part of our expanding Maintenance department.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the property is maintained in peak condition at all times, minimizing any disruptions for our guests. You will perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the building's mechanical systems. A background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, life safety protocols, and basic computer skills is preferred. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist with building security, which includes, but is not limited to, patrolling the perimeter, assisting with the fire panel, and ensuring that entrances are secure, among other responsibilities.
