What You’ll Do

  • Devise cunning sales strategies that not only meet but smash revenue goals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of property-level sales professionals to achieve seamless execution.
  • Utilize your Sherlock Holmes-like analytical skills to study market trends and competitor moves ensuring optimal pricing and inventory.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and brand bigwigs to stay sharp on brand standards.
  • Manage diverse accounts, maximizing yield and ensuring every penny counts.
  • Oversee cutting-edge e-commerce and digital distribution strategies.
  • Forecast, budget, and report with the precision of a seasoned CFO.
  • Forge robust partnerships with local businesses and travel entities, expanding our market footprint and driving growth.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field? Preferred.
  • At least 5 years in the trenches of hotel sales and/or revenue management. If you’ve juggled multiple properties, even better.
  • A guru in Hilton and/or Marriott systems, tools, and standards.
  • A history of shattering sales and revenue targets.
  • Leadership prowess, top-notch analytical chops, and communication skills that would make Obama envious.
  • A wizard with hotel revenue management and CRM systems.
