Position Overview
We are seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to join our Montgomery, Alabama team, representing a premier portfolio of eight hotels. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships that directly influence revenue performance.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across multiple properties
- Identify new business opportunities within the Montgomery market
- Collaborate with property‑level teams to execute sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and segment performance to drive revenue
- Represent Ascent Hospitality with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence
