E- Marketing Manager is digital marketing professionals who build, maintain, and advance a brand’s social media presence. This often includes crafting campaigns around the brand or a specific product or feature launch. Strategies may also include paid advertising, SEO initiatives, social media posts and creative approaches to asset creation and engagement.

For these strategies to work, an E- Marketing Manager needs to have a strong understanding of how social media works and on which brand platforms the brand’s audience can be found. E- Marketing Manager must be up to date on social media trends and know how to create and distribute messaging that resonates and converts.

Work to increase brand awareness through a strategic and comprehensive social media presence.

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Analyze current marketing efforts to pinpoint weaknesses and make improvements
Collaborate with other marketing experts to develop cross-channel assets
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement
Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following
Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals
Set, monitor and react to information gleaned from key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage social media advertising budgets
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of top social media platforms

In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)

Familiarity with different types of social media content

Ability to create targeted audiences and conduct A/B testing

Proficient with social media management tools, such as reposting apps and scheduling utilities

Self-starter with ability to take initiative

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Collaborative spirit and understanding of how to work with and delegate tasks to team members
