Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when appropriate.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
Complete opening, closing, and side-work assignments.
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage programs.
Comply with all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
Work collaboratively with managers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and culinary team members.
Adhere to EOS Hospitality standards for service, safety, appearance, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Experience in upscale casual, resort, or high-volume dining environments.
Food Handler Certification.
Responsible Vendor Certification.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

Physical Requirements

Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and stooping.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely.
Ability to work in a busy restaurant setting.
