Position Overview
We are seeking a Dual Director of Sales to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships that directly influence revenue performance.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across multiple properties
- Identify new business opportunities within the Huntsville market
- Collaborate with property‑level team to execute sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and segment performance to drive revenue
- Represent Ascent Hospitality with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence

- Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
- Strong CI/TY system knowledge
- Passion for serving others and delivering exceptional hospitality
- Ability to excel in fast‑paced, evolving environments
