Overview

Join us and continue your successful career as a hands-on, personable, motivated, pro in the role of Spa Host at The William Vale. The ideal candidate is an experienced, high-energy and outgoing individual who will proactively provide constant support, guidance, and exceptional service to our guests. 

Responsibilities

Greet and check-in guests with superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards. 
Assist guests with all requests. 
Process payment with efficiency and accuracy.
Daily set up and breakdown of Winter Spa.
Ensure guests are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
Report all injuries in compliance with The William Vale’s established protocols.
Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests. Extend assistance to resolve guest issues and communicate to relevant parties.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

Proactive approach to problem resolution, including: anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as needed. Contribute to short term and long term problem solving.  
Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others. 
Outstanding organizational and time management processes.  
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions/situations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of Guest Service/Host experience required. 
Hotel experience a plus. 
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction. 
Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures (snow, wind, rain).
Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
