A private luxury residence is adding an experienced Housekeeper to its team. 

We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in maintaining high-end private homes.

What You’ll Do

Perform detailed daily cleaning and upkeep of assigned residences

Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor living spaces

Handle laundry, ironing, wardrobe organization, and linen care

Organize closets, cabinets, and household supplies

Care properly for fine furniture, delicate surfaces, artwork, and specialty materials

Monitor household inventory and notify management when supplies are needed

Assist with preparing the residence for the owners, guests, and special events

Coordinate with the Estate Manager and other household staff

Report maintenance concerns or household issues promptly

Maintain complete confidentiality and respect the owners’ privacy

What You’ll Bring

Ideally, a minimum of 2–5 years of housekeeping experience in luxury residences, private households, yachts, or high-end hospitality

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for delicate and high-end surfaces

Experience with laundry, ironing, and fine garment care

A professional attitude and ability to work independently

Flexibility with scheduling when the residence is occupied or hosting guests

Miami residency, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

Clean background check, signed NDA, and strong professional references

Compensation

$52,000 to $72,000 per year 

Full-time position based in Miami, Florida.
