About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate department managers and staff.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies and brand standards.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze operational and financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and hotel profitability.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
