Boar's Head Resort is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue to lead the resort's revenue management and distribution strategy. This is an opportunity for a results-driven hospitality professional to make a meaningful impact on the financial performance of a luxury resort.

As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing occupancy, and identifying business opportunities through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, and market analysis.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of hotel revenue management, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate performance data into strategies that drive measurable results.

• Develop and execute revenue management, pricing, and distribution strategies to maximize resort revenue.

• Oversee daily yield management operations and adjust strategies based on booking pace, occupancy, and market demand.

• Prepare weekly revenue forecasts and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendar.

• Analyze STAR reports, competitive benchmarks, and key performance indicators to identify revenue opportunities.

• Oversee the Guest Experience/Reservation Sales department and support booking conversion and guest satisfaction.

• Utilize revenue management and reservation systems, including Agilysys and NAVIS/IDeaS, to optimize performance.

• Partner with Sales & Marketing and resort leadership to develop pricing, packages, and revenue-generating initiatives.

• Present forecasts, performance results, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–10 years of progressive hotel or resort revenue management experience, including multi-property or luxury hotel/resort experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in revenue strategy, pricing, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.

• High proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
