The Nutrition Services department's mission is to support our school communities by providing quality,nourishing meals in a safe and caring environment. Our continuous efforts to fulfill our purpose and support student success drive our department's work daily.

Bring your foodservice, hospitality, and operations leadership experience to our department’s largest and most dynamic location, Brownsburg High School. This is a high-volume, collaborative leadership opportunity where your creativity, ability to develop teams, and problem-solving skills can make an immediate and visible impact on our students.

As one of the most visible leaders within the Nutrition Services department, you’ll lead today’s operation while helping shape what comes next — strengthening the team, improving systems, advancing scratch cooking, and continually elevating the student experience.

  • Build relationships with students, staff, and administrators

You Know How to Run a Busy Operation

We're looking for an experienced leader who naturally thinks about people, flow, quality, efficiency, and what could work better.

  • Commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety
  • Production, inventory, scheduling, and workflow experience
  • Knowledge of scratch cooking and high-volume food production
  • Knowledge of school meals programs regulations and meal pattern requirements

*Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, have a valid driver's license, and transportation.
