Area Sales Manager – Montgomery, AL (onsite)

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across our portfolio of eight hotels in Montgomery, Alabama. If you thrive on prospecting, building strong client relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share across multiple hotels.
Conduct proactive outside sales calls, prospecting, networking, and business development.
Identify and secure new corporate, group, leisure, and local business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and community partners.
Manage and grow existing accounts while consistently pursuing new business.
Partner with hotel leadership and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance using CI/TY, Delphi, STS, and other hotel systems.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or hotel sales.
At least 2-3 year of Marriott or Hilton sales experience preferred.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple hotels and priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CI/TY, Delphi, STS, or similar hotel sales platforms is a plus.
