DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Shuttle Driver to join out dynamic transportation team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating shuttle vehicles to transport passengers efficiently across designated routes. Responsibilities for Shuttle Driver

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles along predetermined routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and courteous customer service 
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability 
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle mileage
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members using radio or other communication devices 
• Respond promptly to any roadside issues of emergencies, ensuring passenger safety at all times 

Qualifications for Shuttle Driver

• Proven experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or commercial driving roles
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices 
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks 
• Experience with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus 
• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (CDL with Passenger Endorsement) with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to limousine or heavy-duty vehicle operation

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours
• High School diploma
• Previous guest service
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Class-B license
• Passenger endorsement
