Responsibilities

Restock and maintain minibar items in guestrooms, ensuring accuracy and freshness.
Perform daily inspections to identify and report any damaged or missing items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
Assist with inventory control by recording consumption and reporting discrepancies.
Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to requests related to minibar services.
Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
