Your role as a Houseperson is vital in upholding the impeccable cleanliness, impeccable aesthetics, and overall allure of our public spaces, meeting areas, and guest amenities. Collaborating closely with our housekeeping team, you will ensure every guest enjoys a truly exceptional experience.
Your Impact
- Maintain pristine order in all public spaces, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, meeting rooms, and service areas
- Support housekeeping attendants by delivering linens, managing waste disposal, and replenishing supplies
- Promptly respond to guest needs and housekeeping requests
- Prepare and dismantle meeting rooms and event venues as needed
- Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general upkeep throughout the hotel
- Oversee the organization and upkeep of housekeeping storage areas and equipment
- Contribute to specific deep-cleaning initiatives as assigned
- Ensure adherence to hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Promptly communicate maintenance or safety issues to management
- Foster cross-departmental teamwork to guarantee seamless hotel operations
Qualifications to Thrive
- While previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is valued, it is not a requirement
- Capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possess keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and strong work ethic
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and guest service skills
