As a growing company our focus is on having the right people positioned in the right place for our mutual success. Currently we are seeking highly motivated General Managers to lead our teams. The key responsibilities will be developing sales leads, providing staff training & development, ensuring that brand cleanliness, standards, & condition levels are maintained while delivering great guest satisfaction. A minimum of 2 years previous General Manager experience is recommended.  Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott experience a plus

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Hotel.
• Lead all onsite team members - assisting desk agents, maintenance technicians, and housekeepers while promoting a healthy team culture. Ensure proper onboarding and training of all team members. Our managers are our Coaches.
• Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and hotel grounds meet standards of cleanliness and upkeep on a daily basis.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with a proactive attitude and mindset.
• Timely reporting and communication with an ability to meet deadlines and budgets required.
• Work with the Corporate Director of Operations to create to achieve high guest satisfaction scores and budgeted revenues.
• Maintain Facilities through regular daily inspections and prompt communication with Upper Management
