Dual Sales Manager – Louisville, KY & Southern Indiana

Location: Louisville, Kentucky / Southern Indiana
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dual Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for two limited-service hotel properties serving the Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana market.  This is an on-site position. The ideal candidate is a motivated hospitality sales professional with a proven ability to generate revenue, develop strong client relationships, and exceed sales goals.

This role is responsible for driving group, corporate, and local business while maximizing occupancy and revenue for both hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue for both hotel properties.
  • Prospect and secure new corporate, group, SMERF, government, and leisure accounts.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Conduct sales calls, networking events, and presentations to generate new business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop revenue strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Participate in local tourism, chamber, and community organizations to increase hotel visibility.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports using the company's CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience (required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hotel revenue and sales goals.
  • Experience selling corporate, group, and local business segments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across two hotel properties.
  • Proficiency with hotel sales systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred:

  • Experience with IHG or Hilton Brands.
  • Knowledge of the Louisville and Southern Indiana hospitality market.
  • Experience with hotel sales platforms.
