Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests during overnight check-in and check-out procedures
Process registrations, payments, room assignments, and room key issuance
Verify guest information, rates, billing for accuracy
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
Complete the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, room types, rates, packages and promotions
Provide guests with information about local attractions and services
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Support overall hotel operations during overnight hours
Build strong relationships with guests, clients and groups while maintaining professional integrity
Provide knowledge of the local area to assist guest inquiries
Help with laundry, as needed
