Overview:

We're looking for a proactive Retail Sales Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include assisting customers in product selection, from introduction to sale and beyond, ensuring timely and excellent service. The role involves attending vendor clinics and employee training sessions to enhance the development of the retail team and responding to customer requests promptly with exceptional guest service skills. Additionally, the Sales Agent will assist in receiving merchandise, pricing, merchandising products on the floor, and managing back stock inventory. They will also help with daily replenishment of back stocked products, participate in monthly inventory, and maintain a clean atmosphere in the store. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of sports activities related to the products being sold, including golf, tennis, and skiing, and be able to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assistcustomers in product selection in every aspect in a timely fashion. Followthrough onsales from introduction of product through sale and beyond when needed.

• Attend all vendor clinics and employeetraining thatwill enhance the development of the Retail team.

• Responds tocustomersrequests in a timely fashion and with excellent guest service skills.

• Assist inreceiving ofall merchandise, including pricing, merchandisingproducton floor and warehousing back stock.

• Assist in daily replenishment of back stockedproductto the sales floor.

• Assist in taking monthly inventory.

• Ensures the store maintains a clean atmosphere by adhering to an established cleaning schedule and taking initiative to maintain an outstanding shop appearance.

• Musthave an understanding ofsports activities for which products are being sold. This includes golf, tennis, and skiing.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time. 

• Candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
