What You’ll Do
- Master the art of preparation and setup for a variety of foods, including meats, fish, and poultry at our renowned broiler and sauté stations.
- Maintain our high standards by selecting and using only the finest ingredients.
- Ensure the proper storage and sanitation of all products and workspaces, adhering to health regulations with meticulous care.
- Support our team with other essential tasks, contributing to our seamless operation.

Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably holding a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
- Strong understanding of health regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Physical ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds through bustling environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
