We're looking for a passionate and talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering outstanding food and service every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are consistently maintained. Working closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, you'll help drive quality, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your section during service and ensuring smooth operations
• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
• Working confidently with open-fire cooking techniques and equipment
• Supporting the training and development of junior chefs
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Contributing ideas and supporting menu development where appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant or hotel
• Proven experience working with open-fire cooking, charcoal grills, wood-fired ovens, or similar live-fire concepts
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and exceptional food quality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• The ability to remain calm and perform under pressure during busy services

Salary: £39,056 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
