The Role

As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you’ll focus on routine inspections, repairs, and upkeep to ensure all systems and equipment function at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Complete inspections and record findings accurately
Address minor repairs before they escalate
Support guest room maintenance and property‑wide upkeep
Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas
Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects
