24Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to serve as a Task Force General Manager and led our properties to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us “craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns”! Position Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment and focus on Twenty Four Seven Hotels' culture and guiding principles
• Ensure the hotel provides the highest level of customer service to guests and associates alike
• Provide Leadership to the to drive sales, revenue, and employee engagement
• Pick up and execute current projects
• Provide updates and communicate with Corporate Leadership
• Be ready to travel to any of the current or future properties in the Twenty Four Seven Hotel Portfolio

Education And Experience

• Experience as General Manager in select service and full service hotels alike, three years or more
• Experience at a premium-branded, select-service hotel, required; Marriott experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership and professional image
• Excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task on various job duties daily
• Strong technology skills with a variety of systems - Brand PMS, Sales, Medallia, Quore, Profitsage
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel every week and for several weeks at a time
• Compensation for this role will be based on a combination of factors including relevant experience, specialized skills, and geographic location
