The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to elevate their career path

This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial results.

What you'll do:

Lead all aspects of daily hotel operations
Drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and service excellence
Manage hotel financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, profitability)
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Partner with Sales to maximize occupancy and revenue growth
Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance
Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager
Strong understanding of Marriott brand standards
Track record of driving financial results and guest satisfaction
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for team development and service excellence
