We are seeking a warm, professional Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in setting the tone for the dining experience through genuine hospitality, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and kindly, creating a welcoming first impression
Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable and Resy
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries in a professional manner
Prepare and coordinate to-go orders for pickup
Reset and maintain tables to support efficient service
Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Step in where needed and support the team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Prior experience with OpenTable and/or Resy preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and attitude
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to wear many hats and do what it takes to ensure great service for all guests
Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
