We are seeking a service-minded, highly professional individual to join our team as a Bartender in our Liberte Restobar.

What will you be doing:

Showcasing your unique personality and skills, you will engage with guests to create a memorable dining experience!
You will be responsible for welcoming guests in our urban chic lounge Liberté, explaining the menu and taking food and beverage orders.
You will serve food and beverages according to Sofitel and AAA 4 Diamond standards maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, and presentation.
You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the Liberte` Lounge during your assigned shift.

Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications:

Qualified candidate will be personable, articulate and have at least 2 year of previous bartending experience in an upscale, high end restaurant or 4 diamond hotel and 1 year of previous serving experience.
Knowledge of Silverware is a plus, or two years’ experience with a comparable restaurant software system.
Candidate should have experience in opening and closing shifts, table service, wine service, knowledge of food and wine pairing, knowledge of high-end liquors and aperitifs and experience with a high end bar menu.
Qualified candidate will be pleasant, well spoken, gracious and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
