The Role

As a Hotel Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across hotel operations while learning how a successful hospitality business functions day to day. This internship is designed to provide exposure, mentorship, and practical skills that prepare you for a future career in hospitality.

Depending on interests and business needs, interns may rotate through or support departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Human Resources, Engineering, or Events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily operations within assigned hotel departments
• Assist leaders and team members with administrative and operational tasks
• Interact professionally with guests and team members
• Observe and learn hotel service standards, procedures, and best practices
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and job shadowing opportunities
• Complete assigned projects that support department goals
• Follow all safety, service, and brand standards
• Represent the hotel with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
• Provide feedback and reflections as part of the learning experience
