Spark Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Staybridge Suites Mayfield/Beachwood. Just minutes from Cleveland attractions and local businesses, the hotel offers a warm, comfortable stay for both corporate and leisure travelers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management with a proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and driving financial results. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage diverse teams, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and prior IHG experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and brand alignment.
• Lead and mentor team to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and associate engagement.
• Implement strategies to maximize results across all key performance indicators.
• Full accountability of financial performance including the budget, forecast, and cost control measures.
• Champion hospitality excellence by upholding brand standards and elevating every guest interaction.
• Lead Hotel Sales team to achieve outstanding top-line results and overall market penetration.

• Demonstrated success in hotel management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong hands-on leadership with experience in supervising cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution skills with a focus on delivering consistent, high quality experiences.
• Proficient in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control strategies to drive profitability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or progressive leadership experience in a hotel operation.
• Strong knowledge of all facets of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and sales.
• Prior IHG experience preferred.
