What You’ll Do as Night Auditor
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile daily transactions, financial records, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Guest Service: Greet, register, issue room keys, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure a warm welcome and smooth stay.
- Communication: Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely in accordance with Prominence Hospitality’s service standards.
- Positive Energy: Be a team player who brings a fun, energetic spirit to our team as we work hard and have fun together!
- Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns and unexpected issues calmly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a strong commitment to guest service.
- Experience: Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night auditor experience is a plus.
- Skills: Computer proficiency required; experience with accounting or reservations software a bonus.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus).
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
