Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a comprehensive range of food and beverage services including fine dining, casual lounges, and innovative catering solutions.
• Drive creativity and excellence in all culinary programs, establishing The Club as a beacon of outstanding dining and hospitality.
• Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and high performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service and quality, ensuring every member and guest experiences the best of The Club.
• Effectively manage budgets and resources, optimizing costs without compromising on quality.
• Champion continuous improvement by embracing feedback and implementing best practices in service and operational management.

Desired Expertise

• A robust background in Food & Beverage management, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or from a Culinary School.
• Comprehensive experience in a high-volume, dynamic environment, where your skills have visibly enhanced service and operations.
• Preferred certifications include a Food Handlers Certificate, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
