Overview:
TheBell Captainplays a key role in managing the smooth arrival and departure of guests. Bell Captainmaintainsa positive working relationship between Guest Services, Valet, and the Front Office.
Responsibilities
Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks,in a timely manner, to guests and servers.
Have excellent working knowledge of liquors,beersand wines.
Upsell and suggestive sell of both food and beverage to guests.
Requisition and restock bar with all essential products and equipment.
Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
Check identification of guests ensuring alcohol is served only to those patrons oflegaldrinking age.
Monitor the intake of alcohol of guests, prohibiting sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.
Communicate with guests and respond to feedback in a positive manner, resolving any service issues.
Qualifications
Previousluxury hotel experience isrequired.
Obtain a high school diploma
Must be able toworka flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detailorientated, and excellent organizational skills needed.
Knowledge of the resort and all outlets
