At Pulitzer Amsterdam, we are true storytellers, and as a Front of House Operations Associate, you are one of the first to welcome our guests into that story.

In this role, you play an important part in creating a seamless guest journey from pre arrival to departure. You assist with check ins and check outs, handle guest communication by phone and email, support VIP arrivals, and create thoughtful, personalised moments that make every stay feel warm, smooth, and memorable.

You are naturally hospitable, organised, and proactive. You enjoy working in a lively environment, stay calm under pressure, and know that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. Experience in a front office or guest facing role is a plus, and confidence with systems such as Opera is highly valued.

Please note: candidates must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Besides that we only proceed with candidates who have accomodation secured in or around Amsterdam.
