We’re looking for a driven and service-focused Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the leadership of our Fairfield Inn & Suites in Warsaw, IN. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

The Opportunity:

As the Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, lead team performance, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing team members, and supporting the hotel’s financial success.

What You’ll Do:

• Support all aspects of daily hotel operations across departments
• Deliver and uphold Marriott brand standards and service excellence
• Assist in driving guest satisfaction scores and online reputation
• Help manage hotel performance including revenue, labor, and expenses
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best
• Step in as acting leader in the absence of the General Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and company standards
• Collaborate with Sales to support occupancy and revenue goals
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel leadership experience (AGM, Operations Manager, or similar role)
• Strong knowledge of Marriott brand standards preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front desk and housekeeping
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
